AB 933 (Daly): Prescription Drug Affordability
This bill lowers patients’ out-of-pocket costs for prescription drugs by requiring a certain percentage of manufacturer rebates be passed on to the patient at the pharmacy counter.
AB 1178 (Irwin): Medi-Cal Serious Mental Illness Drugs
This bill will improve access to crucial medications for Medi-Cal patients with Serious Mental Illnesses (SMI) by removing unnecessary barriers.
