Co-sponsored with the Diabetes Patient Advocacy Coalition (DPAC) and the Patient Pocket Protector Coalition, SB 873 seeks to reform California's prescription drug rebate system by sharing rebates with patients at the point-of-sale, thereby reducing out-of-pocket costs and improving medication adherence rates.
